We are a technology intermediary. We do not provide medical services directly. All medical consultations are conducted by independent, licensed doctors registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Doctors on Our Platform

Your symptom questionnaire responses and contact details are held securely by Privio Health at all times. We do not directly share your personal information or health data with the doctor. Instead, we schedule your consultation and send you a secure consultation link (via Google Meet or a link provided by us). The doctor joins the same session through our coordination. Your details remain with us and are not passed on to any third party, including the doctor, outside of what is discussed during the consultation itself.

4.2 With Pharmacy Partners

We do not automatically share your information with any pharmacy. If, following your consultation, you wish to order medication through our platform, you will be explicitly asked whether you would like us to facilitate this. Only upon your clear request and consent will your name, delivery address, and prescription details be shared with a pharmacy partner solely to fulfil your order. You are under no obligation to order medicine through us and may choose to purchase from any pharmacy of your choice independently.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority. We will notify you of such requests to the extent permitted by law.

4.4 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or health information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
